Lately we have been asked, “Where do you get your Organic produce from?” “How do you know it is ACTUALLY Organic?” Let me fill you in. Our Organic produce comes from B&B Organics, INC. They are a certified organic distributor under USDA standards, B&B currently serves a long list of satisfied customers from their headquarters in Northern Indiana. They have strong, long-standing relationships with premier suppliers, consolidators and large organic growers having access to over 100 growers. They buy organic foods locally when possible and strongly encourage sustainable practices.

Kalona SuperNatural™ offers Amish Healthy Foods organic, grass-fed, dairy products. They are among the most supremely natural and nutritious dairy products on the market. Their milk comes from small, sustainable farms with average herds of 35 cows. The small family farmers they work with do not use chemicals, chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides. Also, instead of your average ultra-pasteurized milk, they use a process called VAT pasteurization. This is where a fixed volume of milk in a vat is slowly agitated at 145 degrees Fahrenheit—this process has a uniquely negligible effect on the pure flavor of the milk. Their Creamery also chooses the VAT process because they believe its lower temperature allows milk to retain more of its nutritional value than other methods of pasteurization. Kalona SuperNatural™ products not only taste fresh, they are fresh. Because their milk is non-homogenized, the cream naturally separates, floats to the top, and thickens. This is the true sign of milk in its natural state. This cream is rich in vitamins and minerals, and it’s easier on the digestion system. Kalona SuperNatural™ mission is: “providing good food created by good people.” and we admire that.

Amish Healthy Foods carries:
